1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 medium orange, zest of
1 teaspoon fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder



Recipe



1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Mix together oil and sugar.
3. Add eggs, vanilla, zest, and juice.
4. Mix well.
5. Sift together dry ingredients.
6. Add to wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
7. Pour into greased 8x8 baking pan.
8. Bake 20-23 minutes until done.
9. Allow to sit at room temperature at least 30 minutes before cutting.
