    1/2 Cup regular rice
    2 Cup boiling water
    3 Cups milk
    1/2 Cup sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    ground cinnamon

    Recipe



    Add rice to boiling water in 2-qt saucepan. Bring to a boil again, reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until all the water is absorbed
    Stir in milk, simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
    Add sugar and salt; continue cooking 20 more minutes or until mixture is creamy. Stir in vanilla
    Serve warm, sprinkled with cinnamon
    Makes 6 servings
