    Crust:

    1/2 cup butter
    2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
    1/4 cup granulated sugar

    Filling:

    1 cup milk
    8 oz. marshmallows
    2 cups whipping cream
    1/2 cup green creme de menthe

    Recipe



    Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in crumbs and sugar. Press into the bottom and up sides of a well-greased 9-inch springform pan.

    Heat milk and marshmallows in a saucepan on low heat to melt. Or microwave 2 minutes on medium heat, stir, and microwave 3 more minutes. Allow to cool.

    Whip cream until stiff; stir in creme de menthe. Fold into cooled marshmallow mixture. Pour into crust.

    Garnish with a few crumbs or grated chocolate. Chill at least 6 hours; remove from pan.

    Serves 12
