    Three 3-ounce packages of lemon gelatin
    3 cups boiling water
    8 ounces cream cheese
    One 16-ounce jar of mangos, drained (reserve juices)
    1 cup mango juice (add water if needed)
    1 cup sour cream
    2 Tablespoons honey
    fresh mango slices

    Recipe



    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Combine cream cheese, mangos and juice in blender.
    Mix gelatin and cream cheese.
    Pour in 2-1/2 quart mold and chill.
    Serve with sour cream sweetened with honey and fresh mango slices.
