    Orange Cake Pudding (Low Sodium)

    1/4 Cup sifted flour
    3/4 Cup granulated sugar
    1 1/2 tsp grated orange rind
    1/4 Cup orange juice
    2 eggs, separated
    1 Cup milk

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350
    In med bowl sift together flour, and sugar
    Stir in orange rind and juice, egg yolks, then milk
    In another bowl beat egg whites until stiff, fold into sugar mixture
    Pour into 6 (3/4 C) custard cups
    Set in a shallow baking pan containing 1" water
    Bake 45-50 minutes or until cake top is light brown and custard bottom has set
    Serve warm or cold
