    1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
    6 large peaches
    1 1/2 cup of Bisquick
    1 tablespoon of sugar
    2/3 cup of milk
    1 tablespoon of oil
    1/2 cup of sugar
    1 teaspoon of cinnamon
    1 tablespoon of cornstarch
    1/2 cup of boiling water
    Milk or ice cream

    Melt the butter in bottom of 9 inch square pan. Slice peaches over bottom of pan. Mix the Bisquick, 1 tablespoon sugar, milk, and oil; spread over sliced peaches. Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch; sprinkle over dough. Pour boiling water over top. Serve warm with milk or ice cream.
