    Peaches 'N Cream Cheese

    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 (15-20 oz.) can sliced peaches, well drained, saved
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix, (not instant)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. reserved juice

    Recipe



    Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding and milk in large bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. Place sliced peaches over batter. Reserve juice. Combine in small bowl cream cheese, sugar and juice. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon onto batter, leaving 1 inch from edge. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Spread over cream cheese filling. Bake at 350ø for 30-35 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Filling will appear soft. Refrigerate.
