Peachy Bread Pudding

4 Cup day old bread cubes
3 eggs
1-1/2 Cups milk
1/3 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 can (21-oz) peach or apple pie filling, divided Recipe
Preheat oven to 350º
Spread bread cubes in 9-inch square baking pan
Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar and extract. Stir in one Cup of peach (or apple) pie filling
Pour over bread cubes; pressing custard down into bread with back of spoon
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
Heat remaining pie filling and spoon over pudding when serving
