    Pennsylvania Dutch Cheese Custard

    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp flour
    2 Tbsp sugar
    2 Cups creamed cottage cheese
    2 Cups milk

    Recipe



    Beat together on low until well blended
    Pour into a 9" unbaked pie shell
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with several small pieces of butter
    Bake at 425º for 10 minutes. Turn down oven to 275º and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer
    Serve cold
