    2 cups fresh raspberries
    1 cup sugar
    1 8-oz. carton dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    In a large bowl mash raspberries and sugar together; let stand for 1 hour.
    Stir in sour cream and vanilla until well combined. Freeze mixture in a 1-quart ice-cream freezer according to the manufacturer’s directions. Remove blade. Cover and place container in freezer for 4 hours to ripen. Makes about 1 quart.
