    Rum Marshmallow Dessert

    1/2 lb. marshmallows, quartered
    1/2 cup Rum
    18 almond macaroons
    1 pt. cream, whipped

    Recipe



    Soak marshmallows in rum for 2 hours (place plate on top of marshmallows so they will be covered with liquid.

    Break macaroons into halves or thirds, fold into rum mixture. Mix well, fold in whipped cream.

    Put in a 9x13 inch pan. Refrigerate 8 hour or longer
