    1 pkg. Fudge Striped shortbread cookies
    1 8oz. carton Cool Whip
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 large box instant vanilla pudding

    Recipe



    Whisk together buttermilk and vanilla pudding, mixing very well, fold in Cool Whip. Add drained pineapple and mandarin oranges. Line bottom of 9x13 pan with crumbled cookies, add the pudding mixture and top it with crumbled cookies, Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
