1 box of pistachio pudding
1 carton of cool whip
1, 16 ounce can of crushed pineapple (drained, reserving juice)
1 cup or minimarshmellows (or more if desired)
1/4 cup pecans


Recipe



Mix all ingredients together in order in a large bowl. Add reserved pineapple juice until fruit salad like texture. Serve right away or put into fridge until serving time.
