    Hot Vermouth Crab Dip

    3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    1 tablespoon dry mustard powder

    1 garlic clove, minced

    3 tablespoons powdered sugar

    1/4 cup vermouth, white wine or sherry

    2 (6-ounce) cans lump crab meat

    Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, sugar, vermouth and crab in the top of a double boiler (can also use fondue pot). Heat over simmering water, covered, until mixture puffs up somewhat. Serve with crackers.
