    1 cup of mayonnaise
    1 cup of sour cream
    One 10 ounce package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed & well drained
    1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/3 cup of walnut pieces
    1 teaspoon of dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon of salt
    1 clove garlic, crushed

    Blend in blender or food processor all ingredients until almost smooth. Cover and chill. Serve with fresh vegetables. Makes 2 cups.
