    Wild West Sour Cream Doughnuts

    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. baking soda
    4 C. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 C. sugar
    1 C. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt

    Add sugar to well beaten eggs. Add soda to sour cream. Mix with rest of ingredients and roll to 1/2" thick. Cut and fry in deep fat, until doughnuts are golden brown and float to the top. Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
