    1/2 cup chopped purple onion. (or I prefer green onions)
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz)
    1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    Browned crumbled sausage (or meat of your choice)
    1 or 2 4 oz cups mushrooms
    2 crushed garlic cloves
    1 1/2 cup milk
    3 eggs
    salt & pepper to taste
    3/4 cup bisquick

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 x 1 1/2" pie plate. Mix and
    pour ingredients into pie plate and bake until golden brown or
    until knife comes out clean. 30 to 35 minutes.
    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
    Top with hollandaise.
    A bottle of Korbel champagne doesn't hurt anything here either!
