Baked Tuna Balls

6 1/2-ounce can tuna, drained
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
2 tablespoons melted butter
Combine tuna, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, almonds,
mustard and poultry seasoning. Mix well. Shape into 40 balls; roll
in corn flakes. Dip in melted butter. Bake at 450: for 10 minutes.
Serve on cocktail picks.
