4 each scallops sea scallops
1 cup blacken spice
1 oz blue cheese
1 oz walnuts
1 oz raspberry sweet and sour sauce
Recipe
Place 1 oz of oil on the blacking skillet. Dredge your scallops in blacken season, pat off, sear in hot oil on both sides. Place one pile of blue cheese in center, place another pile of walnuts next to cheese. Place four scallops around out side of plate to form a 1/2 of circle. Drizzle Raspberry Sweet and sour sauce around plate.
