List of Ingredients
Remove all bones from Salmon- 12 oz stripped cut.
Squeeze fresh rolled lemon juice on Salmon.
Salt/pepper.
Grate potatoes/lightly oil/salt pepper in a bowl (cover and shake). Place in oven at 250 degrees for 20 minutes.
1 tsp oil
1/2 cup yellow peppers
1/2 cup red peppers
fresh Tarragon
fresh Thyme
1 Tbsp parsley
Pour peppers over browned potatoes
Poach salmon.
Wok scramble eggs
Layer mix in large pan
