Captain Ron Viola Seafood Fritters

List of Ingredients
1/4 lb. conch
1/4 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
1/4 lb. snapper or any other fish, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 medium red pepper, chopped
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 1/3 cup flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
8 dashes Tabasco
1 1/2 tbs. salt
1 1/3 cup milk
Recipe
Combine seafood, vegetables, salt and Tabasco; mix well.
Add flour, baking powder and egg and mix.
If too thin, add flour; if too thick, add 1 TBS milk at a time.
Spoon into oil heated to 350º. Cook until golden brown.
