    Captain Ron Viola Shipmate Crab Cakes

    List of Ingredients

    1.5lb Fresh Dungeness Crab Meat
    1 cup Bread Crumbs
    2 Celery Stalks, finely minced
    1 small onion, finely minced
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
    1 Large Egg
    1/4 cup Mayonnaise
    1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
    1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
    Additional Bread Crumbs for coating the crab cakes
    1/2 cup of oil for frying


    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs for coating. Form into cakes about 3oz each. Coat with bread crumbs and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with Tartar Sauce and Lemon Wedge.
