12 small live hard-shell crabs
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 red peppers
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Boil the crabs 20 minutes. Open and clean them. Reserve the yellow fat. Pour the lemon juice over the crab meat.
Melt the butter or other fat and the crab fat in frying pan and add the crab meat, seasoning and chopped peppers.
Cook for 20 minutes.
You can substitute a half pound of crab meat instead of the live crabs
Recipe
