    2 cups fresh cooked or canned crab meat
    2 cups spinach, cooked and chopped
    1 package Hollandaise sauce cooked
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

    Recipe



    Spread spinach in the bottom of one large, or several small buttered casserole dishes. Combine sauce and crab meat; pour over spinach. Top with
    seasoned bread crumbs and a dash of paprika.

    Bake in a moderate oven 375 degrees 25 to 30 minutes or until browned. Makes about 6 servings.
