    1/2 Cup mayonnaise
    1 Well beaten egg
    1 Tsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tsp. salt
    1/2 Tblsp. fresh chopped horseradish
    1 Tblsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/8 Cup fresh, chopped parsley (no stems)
    1/4 Cup bread crumbs
    Some extra bread crumbs

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients in order. Remove any cartilage from 1 lb. crabmeat. Mix ingredients with crabmeat. Toss gently until uniform. Shape into 6 crab cakes. Very lightly coat each crab cake with extra bread crumbs. Sauté in butter or olive oil, turning once until browned.
