    Fish with Butter-Lime Sauce

    4 fish fillets or a cleaned 1-1/2 to 2 pound whole fish
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/4 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
    1 tablespoon minced cilantro leaves

    Arrange fish in a single layer in a glass pie pan. Cover with plastic wrap, leaving one corner open to vent. Microwave on high about 2 to 3 minutes for thin fillets; 4 to 5 minutes for thicker fillets; or 5 to 8 minutes for a whole fish.

    In a microwave-safe serving bowl, microwave butter on high 1 minute or until melted. Stir in lime juice and ground spices. Microwave 30 seconds longer. Stir in cilantro. Serve sauce at the table, spooning over fish.
