Garlicky Scallops and Shrimp

6 large scallops
6-10 large shrimp, cleaned and deveined
Flour for dredging
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves chopped
2 tablespoons chopped basil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
1. Rinse the scallops under cold water and cut in half.
2. Season the scallops and shrimp with salt and pepper.
3. Dust the scallops and shrimp with flour.
4. Heat the oil in a pan over a high heat and add the scallops to the hot oil.
5. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for two minutes.
6. Turn the scallops and shrimp in the pan.
7. Add the garlic and basil to the pan and shake the pan to distribute the ingredients evenly.
8. Cook two minutes until the scallops are golden.
9. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the mixture, toss to blend and serve.
