2 One pound Ahi steaks
1 chopped shallot
2 cloves garlic coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon Thyme
2 teaspoons sage
2 teaspoons course salt
½ teaspoon course ground black pepper
½ teaspoon chili powder
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2/3-cup Zinfandel
Recipe
Put shallot, garlic, thyme, sage, salt, pepper and chili powder in a bowl. Add the Olive oil mix, and the Zinfandel and mix, and then marinate the Ahi for 2-4 hours.
Then grill until cooked to please your guest and your self.
