King Crab Fettuccine

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 garlic clove, minced
8 ounces fresh or frozen Alaskan King crabmeat, drained and separated into chunks
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
Salt
12 ounces fettucine, cooked and drained
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
Melt butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until golden.
Stir in crabmeat, cream, Parmesan, pepper and salt and stir until well blended.
Pour crab sauce over fettucine in large serving bowl and toss well. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
