    Marinated Shrimp with Artichokes

    1 pound prepared shrimp (cooked, peeled, de-veined, tails removed)
    2 cups quartered canned artichoke hearts, drained
    1/2 cup Italian parsley, minced
    1 cup Italian dressing

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients, cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours to allow flavors to marry, stirring occasionally. Serve with toothpicks. Serves eight.
