    Mussels with Chorizo Sausage

    1 pound Mussels
    5 ounces (links) Chorizo Sausage
    2 Tbsp garlic
    1/2 pepper red peppers
    1 cup white wine
    2 Tbsp butter
    1 pinch salt
    1 pinch black pepper

    In a large skillet saute chorizo, bell peppers and garlic until garlic has browned slightly. Add mussels, white wine butter, salt and pepper. Simmer covered for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add parsley.
