Pan Seared Mahi-Mahi.

-- 1 7 oz. Mahi - Mahi
-- ½ oz. Oil
-- 4 oz. Wild Rice
-- 8 oz. Water
-- ½ oz. Oil
-- ½ Zucchini
-- ½ Yellow Squash
-- ½ Red Pepper
-- ½ Red Onion
-- 1 Stalk of Broccoli
-- 1 oz. Garlic Butter
-- Pinch of Parsley Recipe
First heat a sauté pan until really hot then add your oil to the pan and sear both sides of the fish. Next, put the seared fish in a pre-heated 400 degrees oven for about 9 minutes. While the fish is in the oven, heat a sauté pan up, add your oil and sauté wild rice for 2 minutes. Add your water then cover and put in oven for 15 minutes or until soft. Add garlic butter. Sauté red pepper for 3 minutes then add all other vegetables and season with salt and pepper
