    8 Ounces Cream Cheese
    2 Tablespoons Fresh Herbs, Finely Chopped
    1 Clove Garlic, Minced
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    6 Ounces Smoked or Cured Salmon, thinly sliced
    4 Each Tortillas or Crepes
    Herbs for Garnish

    In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, herbs, garlic salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

    If using tortillas place in plastic bag and microwave for 20 seconds to soften.

    Place crepe or tortilla on flat surface. Spread 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture evenly over surface being careful to leave about 1 inch uncovered at the top. Place salmon slices over the cheese. Tightly roll the crepe or tortilla like a cigar. Wrap in plastic and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm. Remove plastic & slice into 1 inch rounds or on the bias. Place on a serving platter, garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
