Sesame Salmon Salad with Miso Dressing

Salmon fillet
black and white sesame seeds
Cut salmon into 2 oz slices (2 per person). coat with mixture of black and white sesame seeds. Pan fry on medium heat and set aside. Toss mixed greens with miso dressing and garnish with red onion and cherry tomatoes. Rest salmon on greens and serve.
Miso Dressing:
1 tbsp miso
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 cup regular oil
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1/3 cup soy sauce (good quality)
Whisk together first 5 ingredients and add garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Stir until blended.
