Shipwreck Seafood Casserole

List of Ingredients
2 cups celery, finely chopped
1 cup onion, finely chopped
Cook in 3 tablespoons butter until done but not brown.
Add:
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
4 cups milk
Cook until thick, keep stirring. Then add:
1 pound cheese, cut fine to melt quicker
1/2 cup butter
Then add (uncooked and cut into bite size pieces):
1 lobster pack
1 pound scallops
1 1/2 pounds haddock
Bake in 350F oven about 1 hour. May be frozen. Recipe
