Shrimp Jambalaya Casserole

2 pounds of peeled shrimp
1 stick of butter
1 can of cream of shrimp soup
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of seasoning (onions, bell pepper, celery and green onions), mixed
Salt and pepper
4 cups of cooked rice
Bread crumbs
Melt butter and sauté all seasonings until tender. Add shrimp. Cook until pink. Add cream of shrimp soup and cream of mushroom soups. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer about 30 minutes. Add mixture to cooked rice. Mix well. Put in casserole dish or shallow baking pan. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake in oven at 350ºF. for 30 minutes or until top is brown. Recipe
