    1/2 cup Butter
    1/2 cup Flour
    1 qt. Half & Half
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
    1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
    1 tsp. Dill
    1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
    1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
    1 tbsp. Onion Powder
    1/2 cup Clam Juice
    1/2 cup grated Parmeson Cheese
    1 lb. Shrimp
    1 bunch Broccoli
    1 pkg. Linguine

    Recipe



    To make the Roux, in a pan, melt butter and whisk in the flour. When the roux pulls away from sides it is ready, add the half & half and bring to simmer. Add the remaining ingredients and cover until cooked through. Add the cooked shrimp and broccoli and cook until warmed completely. When ready to serve, spoon over cooked linguine.
