    Ingredients: per person
    1/2 fresh pinapple
    150 g shrimps
    150 mL Curry Sauce
    (gardenfresh)dill
    100 g grind Parmesan Cheese
    Paprika

    Instructions:
    Cut pineapples (including green leaves)in half and cut fruit meat out (grapefruit knife) so that you get a nice shell with still some juicy meat.

    Mix Curry Sauce, shrimps and dill, heat and fill in empty pineapples. Cover with thin layer of Parmesan Cheese. Cover leaves with alu foil to avoid burning and put in stove with upper heat or grill to melt cheese until it start to turn brownish. Take out of stove/grill and spice slightly with the Paprika. Take alu foil off and serve with white rice.

    Recipe can also be prepared with sliced veal meat, (imitation) crab or any seafood, just change the name!
