Smoked Salmon Fettucine

List of Ingredients
1 cup smoked salmon
1 cup half-n-half
2 Tblsp butter
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tsp dill, dried (use 1 Tblsp if fresh)
1 Tblsp olive oil
2 Tblsp parmesan cheese, grated
Add salt to 2 qts. water and bring to a boil, add
pasta, cook until al dente. Add olive oil to pasta and
mix well.
In a small sauce pan under medium heat, bring
half-n-half and butter to a near boil, stirring
continuously. Reduce 1/4 and add nutmeg and white
pepper. Reduce heat, stirring constantly reduce 1/4
more.
Divide pasta on to four plates and pour white sauce
over each serving of pasta. Top each serving with
smoked salmon, parmesan, dill and serve.
