    Stuffed Flounder with Crabmeat

    Deboned flounder
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 cup mayonnaise
    Lemon Juice
    Worcestershire sauce
    Cayenne pepper
    1/4 cup diced onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 cup breadcrumbs
    White wine
    1 tsp. butter

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crabmeat, mayonnaise, onions and breadcrumbs with a fork. Make into balls or patties. Put into flounder and press down to distribute throughout fish.

    2. Place stuffed flounder into pan and add wine to coat bottom of the pan. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, dash of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, and butter.

    3. Place in oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Take out of oven. Cut fish down the middle and use the juices in the pan to top the fish.
