    Tuna Steaks with Garlic and Oregano

    1/3 cup dry white wine
    1 TBS olive oil
    2 tsp dried oregano
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    6 tuna steaks, about 1 inch thick

    Combine 1st 4 ingredients, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper in a large plastic resealable bag; add steaks. Seal bag and marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes. Remove steaks from bag, reserving marinade.

    While tuna is marinating, preheat grill or broiler.

    Place steak on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray; baste with reserved marinade. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until medium rare or desired degree of doneness. Serves 6.
