    1 cup confectioners' sugar
    1 tablespoon butter, softened
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons apple juice or cider

    Recipe



    In a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar and butter.
    Add vanilla, then apple juice, and blend until mixture is of a good spreading consistency.
