    2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
    3 cups Chocolate

    Recipe



    In a sauce pan, bring the whipping cream to a boil making sure not to scorch. Next take the pan off the burner and stir in chocolate. Continue to stir until the ganche becomes thick and has ribbons. Allow to cool until using.
