Chocolate Velvet Frosting

2/3 cups of sugar
4 Tablespoons cornstarch
Pinch of Salt
1 cup boiling water
3 ounces chocolate (I use bittersweet chocolate, but you can use any chocolate)
3 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (or any extract)
Recipe
Mix the sugar and cornstarch and salt in a saucepan.
Stir in the water slowly (A tip-the water must be boiling) and cook over a low heat until mixture is smooth and thick
Stir in the chocolate and butter.
Add vanilla and let cool (A tip-stir while it's cooling off to prevent formation of a crust
