    "If you want whipped cream for a dessert for dinner or for lunch, whip it the night before, place in a mesh strainer over a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator. Let this sit until it is time to use it.

    You will notice all the whey in the bottom of the bowl, and the cream will be thick. Any leftover cream will keep as nice as the day you whipped it---up to a week in the fridge if covered in a Tupperware bowl.

    Or, you can FREEZE it and use it at a later date. I have kept whipped cream in my freezer for up to a month, thawed it out overnight in the fridge and voila--- perfect for use the next day. You won't ever have that watery left over whipped cream again"
