Italian Meatball Mix

List of Ingredients




2 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2/3 c. dried minced onion
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. dried parsley flakes
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. garlic salt

Use a 1 quart, wide-mouth canning jar.
Combine all the ingredients together and mix
Mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the jar
and pack firmly. Seal and decorate, and attach
recipe tag to the jar. Keep refrigerated.

Italian Meatballs
You will need:
1 c. meatball mix
1 egg
1 lb ground beef
large bowl

Use a large bowl to combine the egg and the mix.
Add the ground beef, mixing thoroughly. Shape into
1 - 2" balls. Place meatballs into frying pan and brown.
Drain the grease. Place meatballs in a baking dish and
bake at 400 degrees F. for 25 minutes or until done.
Serve with spaghetti and favorite sauce if desired.
