    1 ½ Pounds of barbecued or sautéed chicken
    1lb Fettuccine or other wide pasta
    ¼ Cup brandy
    ½ oz of dried porcini mushrooms
    8 oz white mushrooms
    1 Cup of heavy cream
    8oz frozen peas
    2-4 Garlic cloves crushed
    1 Bunch of parsley
    ¼ Cup of extra virgin olive oil

    Recipe



    1.Place porcini mushrooms in a bowl and cover them with hot water.

    2. Heat oil in a large heavy pan and add the garlic letting it cook for one minute.

    3. Drain the porcini mushrooms, slice them thin and add to the oil along with the white mushrooms, let them cook aprox. 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

    4. At the same time you can add the pasta to boiling water and drain when cooked.

    5. Add the cream and brandy to the oil mixture, cook for two minutes.

    6. Add the chicken, peas and parsley, cook for two more minutes.

    7. Add mixture to hot pasta and serve.
