    24 Little Neck Clams
    Garlic
    White Wine
    Cold Water
    Onions
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Oregano
    Salt & Pepper

    Recipe



    In a pot, coat the bottom with extra virgin olive oil. Add your diced onions, hot pepper flakes (optional), sliced garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Allow the olive oil to get the flavor of all these ingredients (5 minutes or so), then turn up the heat, add in the white wine, your clams, and a bit of cold water. Cook at medium high heat for about 10 minutes and/or until all the clams open (if they don't open, they ain't good, throw them out!).
