    French-Fried Italian Style Zucchini

    4 c Sliced zucchini
    2 c Cracker meal
    1 ts Oregano
    1 1/2 ts Sweet basil
    1/2 ts Ground rosemary
    1/2 ts Granulated garlic
    1 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1/2 c Parmesan cheese
    2 c Egg wash (6 eggs, 3/4 c milk- beaten)

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients except zucchini. Wash and slice zucchini into 1/4-inch
    slices. Roll in flour, then egg wash a and finally and finally in cracker
    mix. French-fry to a golden brown. Serve.
