    12 Oz. all purpose flour
    1/2 Teaspoon of salt
    1 Teaspoon of dry yeast
    1 Teaspoon of thyme
    3 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
    6 Black Olives chopped
    3 Green Olives chopped (optional)
    4 Oil cured sun-dried tomatoes
    Warm water
    Kosher Salt

    Recipe



    1. Put the flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a bowl .

    2. Sprinkle the yeast and thyme over the flour .

    3. Make a well in the center of the flour and pour in 7oz. of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

    4. Mix the dough and knead on a floured surface for 10 minutes.

    5. Place the dough in an oiled plastic bag till it doubles in size.

    6. Lay the dough on a flat surface and flatten it slightly with your hands.

    7. Sprinkle the olives and tomatoes onto the dough.

    8. Knead till will distributed.

    9. Shape the bread and place in a warm place for 45 minutes .

    10. Place the bread on a greased baking sheet.

    11. Heat the oven to 375 degrees.

    12. Press your fingers into the risen dough.

    13. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes
